Built for accountability before launch
The first-year structure is designed to create accountability before the fall launch. Rather than waiting until registration opens and building reactively, VEA will identify early leadership, define team responsibilities, and prepare a serious operating model in advance.
Coordinates between team directors and Vanderbilt Enterprises. Manages org-wide priorities and serves as primary point of contact.
Leads the Brand Team. Oversees creative output, merchandise concepts, and campus storytelling initiatives.
Leads the Strategy Team. Directs research projects, partnership development, and analytical deliverables.
Leads the Fan Engagement Team. Coordinates athletics activations, game-day programming, and student experience initiatives.
Think Tank Members — First Right of Refusal
Current Think Tank members may receive the first opportunity to join early leadership or team roles because they have already demonstrated commitment, consistency, and interest in the initiative. After that initial outreach, the organization will expand broadly to students across campus. Outreach begins after July 4, 2026.
